Following acquisition late last year by RELN Holdings, Aymroo has released a bold new look and expanded range of large bore moulded PVC fittings. The range of PVC plumbing fittings is now one of the most complete on offer in Australia and New Zealand, and available through your local plumbing store.
Aymroo has been manufacturing PVC plumbing fittings in Australia for the commercial and domestic markets for over 20 years.
Building on a longstanding and highly successful business relationship between Reln Plastics and Aymroo Pty Ltd, Reln Holdings is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Aymroo.

Reln Holdings Group Managing Director Nigel Nattrass sees the acquisition as one that will greatly benefit both Aymroo and Reln, bringing together as it does Reln’s industry-leading capabilities in the design and manufacture of water management products and Aymroo’s expertise in the production of large bore PVC pipe fittings and connections.

`` This partnership will enable the research, development and manufacturing expertise of Reln to enhance the existing Aymroo platform,’’ he said. `` Aymroo will continue to supply the market with large bore polymer plumbing fittings while extending the range for both generic and customer specific applications.’’

Mr Nattrass added that while remaining a stand-alone company now and in the future, Aymroo would benefit from Reln’s strong  market presence  while enhancing its product offerings to merchants and business to business customers in Australia and New Zealand.

``The acquisition will prove to be a very positive development for Aymroo and one that Reln is pleased to facilitate for this renowned and innovative company founded in 1989 by our good friend Colin Leaves,’’ he said. ``It is an honour to be partnering with the team at Aymroo to continue his outstanding legacy.’’

The Aymroo acquisition also continues Reln Holdings’ drive to strengthen its business streams, a process which began with the acquisition of the environmental company Tumbleweed two years ago. Working with councils, educators and recyclers, Tumbleweed is reducing consumers’ carbon footprint through the use of recycled plastics in award-winning garden-based composting and worm farming products.

``This has been an extremely successful venture for Reln and Tumbleweed and we look forward to the same exciting growth and success in the years ahead with Aymroo,’’ Mr Nattrass said.

Reln Holdings is an Australian owned, family business which has been trading since 1955. A multi-award winning manufacturer, Reln provides design, product development, project management and custom moulding for leading companies in the automotive, medical, packaging and agricultural industries and is widely acclaimed in industry and environmental forums.
